A workman works 24 days in a month and is given 4 days off each week. However, in one week, he was absent for 3 consecutive days but present for the 3 days before his weekly off. Is he still eligible to receive his weekly off after being present for 3 consecutive days in the same week?

Hi, Unless you are changing the week offs (rotational) of the employee with prior information, he/she would be eligible for said week offs. The employee can be on LOP or paid leave. In either case, you cannot change or remove altogether the week off dates which are part of his calendar. If there is any unapproved or unauthorized absence, treat it as misconduct and investigate accordingly.
