Dear Team,

I am working with one of the MBA hostel-based colleges, and I need a complaint form in Excel (Google Doc) that includes plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other categories where students can enter their problems. Then, we, as administrators, can check and take necessary action on it.

Can anyone help me out with creating such a Google Doc in Excel?

It surely is not beyond your ability to construct a simple spreadsheet and place it on the college portal where it can be accessed by staff and students to report maintenance issues. You already know what you want it to contain. Just do it. If you do not have the necessary Google Sheet/Excel skills, get your IT department to do it and teach you how to do it so you build your skills.
