I placed an order to and manufacturer on piece rate basis. For example, a pen. I placed the order for 1 lakh pieces of pen at an agreed rate. In that case if I am liable for the pf compliance of the manufacture whom i have gave the piece rate contract?

Manufacturer will have proper setup of the facility to ensure all the compliances. You are just buying the product from the manufacturer & not engaging them as contractor under your premises hence you will not be liable.

Hi Everyone!
Nowadays I face a big challenge if I need to get only correction done in PF member account of my company, Which is not possible online. Like in Oct-22 I submitted documents of one employee in PF dept. for name correction after so many follow up it was not done later we filed grievance on portal but it got closed without action and no one response properly on helpline number. The account of pf departments get changed in every 2-3 month so unable to have proper interaction.
My few issues are pending since one year, can anyone please guide me

Many of the HR professionals or persons who handle ESI, EPF & other compliances doesn't visit respective authorities, hence many a times even authorities will not support for any queries raised online.
It is always better to maintain good relationship with all the authorities, meet them atleast once in 3 months, get contact numbers of the authorities & post that your queries will get resolved with out any hurdles.
