It should be 100% fake email. In response to your application for job with resume did any interview took place? Without conducting any interview no International Employer will hire an employee that even for a Cashier position whose roles involve money handling. Now if you show further by responding to that email they will ask you to transfer some money to their account in the name of caution deposit or registration fee etc. So ignore the email and also call if you recieve in future.

All they appear to be asking is for you to send your CV to the email given. They are not offering you a job. There are a lot of steps to go through before you get an actual job offer.
