The claim request with EPFO was rejected saying
"Your Claim [ Claim Id - xxxxxxxxxx ] has been rejected due to : 1) pension share has not paid. please clarify the same."

While EPS wages monthly contribution and employer share is paid (as it appears in passbook)
The PF office say that employer has not paid Pension wages.
Employer says it is included in EPS 12% so we need not pay pension wages.
PF office says until employer pays pension wage you cannot get the claim.

For an employee who joined after 1st Sept 2014, pension is not applicable and that is why the employer has paid his entire share of 12% to your Provident Fund. Now you can send a clarification letter to the EPFO saying that your date of joining is ........(should be after 1st Sept 2014) and that is why no amount is remitted into Pension Fund but 12% payable by the employer has been paid into Provident Fund. This is enough.

Dear Madhu,

Thanks for the input/guidance.

Please see the attached document with actual party names purposefully omitted/hidden.
The letter PF office gave me physically addressing the Employer and asking them for the clarification.
Do the PF office do not account the claim made for withdrawal on EPF eligible employment dates (6-7 years far beyond the 2014)?

Should the employer not give a Clarify letter (instead of me giving it. What is my say here/giving me that letter) stating the "Pension Fund but 12% payable by the employer has been paid into Provident Fund".
Looking forward to hear you.
Thanks for the support and I appreciate it again.

This is okay, let the employer give clarification that he has paid the entire 12% to your PF rather than bifurcating it as 8.33% to pension fund and the remaining 3.67 to PF. If the employer is not responding, you can take a call by registering a complaint in the website of EPFO itself. Then they will wake up. If you have a good relationship with your employer (previous) you can also request them to respond to the letter sent by EPFO.
