Hi worked for HDFC Bank from 13/12/2021 to 29/07/2022. I resigned before confirmation due to some personal reason i joined icicibank on Feb 2023. Is this valid under anti poaching agreement between Hdfc and Icicibank

HDFC Bank can initiate disciplinary action only if you didn't got relieved properly. Now that you joined with ICICI Bank, your current employer only need to face any consequences and you don't need to worry.
