Hello all, Quite a mess between the employees related to the Query on Sandwich Leave Policy on 7 January 2023 (Saturday) is considered a Week off in our organization and the employee is on leave on 9 January 2023 i.e. Monday.
Shall we apply the sandwich policy as per the rules of the prefix sandwich Policy? Will deduct his leaves for 3 days or not accordingly.
