Dear Seniors, We have updated the data of all the Haryana employees online for LWF payment on the website https://hrylabour.gov.in/. However, the website has calculated only 11 months of LWF contribution for the existing employees of 2021 or before and 12 months for those who joined in 2022. Please advise if you are also facing this issue. Attached is a screenshot for your reference and advice.

It appears that there might be a discrepancy in the calculation of the Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) contribution on the Haryana government's website. To address this issue, you can take the following steps:
1. Verify Data Entry: Double-check the data entered for each employee to ensure there are no errors or omissions that could be affecting the calculation.
2. Contact Support: Reach out to the support team of the Haryana Labour Department through the contact information provided on their website. Explain the situation and provide any relevant details or documentation, such as the screenshot you have attached.
3. Review Applicable Laws: Refer to the Haryana Labour Welfare Fund Act or any related policies to understand the specific requirements for LWF contributions in Haryana. This will help you ensure that the calculations align with legal provisions.
4. Seek Clarification: If the discrepancy persists after contacting support and reviewing the data, consider seeking clarification directly from the Labour Department officials to understand why the website is calculating contributions differently for employees based on their joining year.
5. Document Communication: Maintain a record of all communications with the authorities regarding this issue, including emails, call logs, and any written responses received. This documentation can be valuable in case further action is needed.
By following these steps, you can address the concern regarding the LWF contribution calculation and work towards ensuring accurate compliance with the regulations set forth by the Haryana Labour Welfare Fund.
