We are a private limited company located in Telangana State. We have already declared

1) Casual Leaves as 10 days per annum after confirmed on the rolls of the company
2) Sick Leaves as 5 days per annum after confirmed on the rolls of the company
3) Earned leaves as 12 days per annum after completion of one year from the date of confirmation on the rolls of the company

Further, 1st and 2nd Saturdays are declared holidays in every month.

We now understand that as per Shops and Establishments Act, staff are eligible for following leaves:

1) 15 days of casual leaves,
2) 15 days of sick leaves and
3) 15 days of earned leaves after completion of one full year

Can anybody guide us on the above? If we have to amend our leave rules, please inform us.

Can the 24 days of Saturday holidays be adjusted against undeclared casual leaves and sick leaves.
