It reveals from the post that " I " means PE, Contractor is SGS and Sub - contractor is "Industrial Agency". If that is so, the PE may issue Form-V to Sub-contractor to obtain license if required. Sub-contractor will maintain all documents related to engagement of workers and other staffs through its pay roll and PE will check the compliance with the help of Contractor every month before processing invoice.
