Hello everyone, I am pursuing an MBA in HR. I need to know what technical skills I need to be updated with in order to gain an edge. It would be great if someone could elaborate on the practical side (corporate use) of these technical skills and the duration needed to master them.

Technical is a term used to specify the non-soft skill areas. Technical areas can include engineering, medical, and legal, which are specific to the subject. Technical skills are the techniques required for a particular domain or role. In respect of HR
Technical skills could include clear communication, negotiation (with candidates), interviewing (of candidates), human psychology (understanding the human beings i.e., resources required for an organization), and more.
