A company didn't provide first month salary to their employees. They also provide salary in the last week of the following month. Is there any benefit to do it or what are the disadvantage of this practice.

You know pretty well that payment of salary on time for the work done is one among the implied terms of the contract of employment between the employer and the employee. As such failure to pay salary on time despite the reasons attributable is a breach of the contract on the part of the employer apart from subjecting himself to penal actions under the Labor Laws, if any applicable. Therefore, no point in discussing the Advantage or disadvantage of such an illegal practice.
