Respected,
Looking forward to your help in the following matter.
I am the Founder of a startup. I prefer another IT company for my startup project to develop a website. We signed NDA and also share the quote, invoices, and website work proposal. As per, I paid 50% of work on 7th Feb and remaining at the end after the completion of the work before handing over. We had three google meet to discuss the project and website design and development. In that, we discussed only the user side ( front the side of the website ) and never had backend discussions on admin and database.

Meanwhile, they share the demo link which I used to check the work status and development of the work also I share it with my mentor and investors to show we are working on the project which is in the development phase. In July I send them a declaration letter on my company letterhead stating that, if you are saying the project is ready then have a meeting and lets finally it right now and I am ready to pay double the amount of the project otherwise you are going to give it free of cost if the project is not ready to handover. Now they are not responding and are not ready to hand over the work. They send termination of service mail and are not responding.

Looking forward to drafting legal mail to them
I am thinking to add the following points
1) Denying to provide services after 6 months later.
2) Unable to complete the project on time.
3) Not sharing the project details with the client.
4) No reply to calls, messages, and emails.

And also want to know how I can recover my losses
1) Cost of Legal proceedings
2) Website Development Cost etc.

Additionally, I want to know if can I troll them on social media. Is it legal or I am in trouble due to this?

Looking forward to hearing from you. If I am wrong, correct me.
Thanking you.
