Hello all, Recently, I will be attending the college campus drive, so I need to prepare for the pre-placement talk in a speech format since I will not be using any PowerPoint presentations. How can I structure my speech effectively? Are there any sample speeches available that could be beneficial for me?

In which language are you going to speak, and in which part of India? I find your written communication in English lacking. What you speak for 30 minutes might go in one ear and out the other for the listeners. Students may get bored with a long talk. Your presentation should attract students. You should show relevant videos about your company, the job roles available for students, how they can build their careers to meet their aspirations and growth, and the likely salary range. This is what students expect from a pre-placement talk.

Hi, you can introduce yourself first and then give a brief about the company—how long you have been in the market and the nature of the business. Then explain the scope of growth for the students if they get selected. You may also discuss what your company expects from the employees in terms of discipline and desire for learning. You may communicate in English or the regional language, whichever is more comfortable for the audience.
