We require ESI Sub Code in the same City, but as per my info, it's not possible to create another Sub Code even in the same whole State... How about another way to generate the same & how to prepare challan for Multi-Units?

You can generate separate sub codes for different offices located under different Local offices/ branch offices of the ESI Corporation in the same state and in the same district. You can do it online by visiting your portal itself.
