Any where in India Govt Aided schools are following State Education department's guidance ( Pay scale, leave rule etc.)
Now a days whether Private or Govt. aided schools are engaging contractual employees through contractors for the position of sweeper, security etc.
To my opinion, those contractors are supposed to pay minimum wages of the State to the concerned employees and continue to compliance under PF & ESIC.
