Hi all, I am working with a poultry and fish feed company in Andhra Pradesh. Recently, we received a notice from the labor department to pay labor cess. However, we are arguing that we fall under an exemption. Therefore, I kindly request that if any of you are aware of any Government Order that exempts feed companies in AP from labor cess, please share the information.
