We have a trade union election on the 24 of march. After almost one-month ex-General secretary was not ready to hand over the charge, or documents. We had requested through the mail but the result was a failure. Now he is asking in Mail
"Kindly submit a resolution signed by all the so-elected representatives( as declared by the election officials) authorizing you to collect the above documents. We have already submitted dispute in trade union registrar's office.
Please advice 1) is it necessary to provide resolution of elected committee to take over the charge?
2) can I directly change bank signature authority with election result?
