There is no notification on the implementation of the labor codes. All that happened is the minister gave a reply in the Rajya Sabha that they are planning to implement (or trying) from 1st July 2022.
The implementation will be all across the country at the same time, and Bengal will be included at that time irrespective of whether the state government agrees or not. If the state rules are not notified or finalized, then the central rules will apply until that time.
