Salary Increase letter - 3 different draft letters for the Annual Salary review

Dear All,

I urgently need 3 different draft letters for the Annual Salary review :
1. Performance review with Salary Increase
2. Performance review with Salary Increase plus Bonus
3. Performance review with NO Salary Increase but with Bonus only.
(In this case, either employee has a performance issue, already at a higher salary as per existing position).

Why don't you to make efforts in preparing the drafts of such letters.
If the structure of the draft is not proper, any senior member of this Forum
shall restructure the same and fine tune it, for distribution.
