Hi Team,

Hope all is well.

I have a small doubt. If an unplanned leave is taken on a Friday and Saturday being a declared regular holiday, will it be considered as 2 days leave?

It will be great if I can get some clarity on this.

If an employee has taken one day leave on Friday, and Saturday is a declared holiday by the company, and Sunday being weekly holiday, the concerned staff shall report for duty only on Monday. In the scenario, only one day leave is to be considered, that is, on Friday.
