OHC Requires to tie up with near by Hospital under Factories Act Karnataka

Dear Mentor's

We have occupational health center at our Factory with full time medical nurse.
Size of the employees - 120
Is it mandatory to make an MOU with near by hospital under Factories act Karnataka.
If so please help me with the draft MOU.
