Breaking Employment contract - have a better offer from a company and would like to switch

I have signed an employment agreement for 2 years with my company, it is now 1year of service. I have a better offer from a company and would like to switch. The agreement amount is 1L rs. What should I do, I am a fresher and don't seem to have any idea.
