Dear Team, if an employee is a non-resident of India, staying outside India and working for an India-based IT company, do we need to deduct his/her PF, PT, or any other labor compliance?

He/she does not have any Indian documents, including a passport, and holds a resident card of the country they are residing in.

Please provide proper guidance on the same.
