We are having Card Board Manufacturing unit at Chakan MIDC, under Zone II, Pune, Maharashtra, Under Rule 23(4) under chapter IV of Minimum Wages Central Rules 1950, How Overtime rate of Unskilled workers is to be Calculated? & on Whats basis?

If I am not wrong, the organization is covered under Factories Act. Under Factories Act there is specific provision of how to calculate the OT Hours. The payment under both Factories Act as well as Minimum wages Act, it should be double the rate of ordinary wages.

Basically there are two issues - one how to calculate the OT hours and another is how to calculate the monetary part.
