What is the legal age for young workers in India? Is it 14 years or 15 years? Which act defines it clearly? I saw The employment of children act 1938 which says one below the age of 15 years can not be employed while other laws says it should not be less than 14 years. What is the correct age limit? If it is state-specific, then please confirm for Uttarakhand.
