i want to place my students in different companies , this is the first time i have given the opportunity as a Training & Placement officer...my college is new so how to get campus for them..guide me plz

First and foremost job you have to do is to market your institution to various companies of repute in your own area and neighbouring areas. For that you need to personally visit and meet the Chief Executive/Director and HR - In-charge, followed by sending introduction letters requesting them to add your college name also when they do campus interview/selection.
If can meet 10 companies, atleast 3-4 companies may consider your college also.
