I have been working with my previous company for 12 years. My last working day was 27 Nov 2020. Since then, I have been unemployed till date.
On the EPF portal, when I tried applying for full EPF withdrawal, I was not able to see that option. It was only allowing me to partially withdraw.
Please advise if I am eligible for a full amount withdrawal and whether the EPF portal should show me the option for full withdrawal.

@Pink try to find out the EXIT date furnished by employer, if it is available then you can be able to file form 19
Checking Your Exit Date for EPF Withdrawal
Please check if your exit date has been mentioned by your employer. If your employer has not mentioned it, you can also mark it yourself. Since you have served for 12 years, you can only withdraw the PF amount using Form 19.

Eligibility for Pension Under EPS
An employee is eligible to receive a pension under the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) if he or she completes 10 full years of service. Since you already have 12 years of service, you are eligible for a pension.
If you have not yet reached 58 years of age, it is advisable to obtain a Scheme certificate and keep it with you. This certificate must be surrendered to the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) once you reach 58 years of age to enable them to process your Pension Payment Order (PPO).

While I was submitting a claim for EPF withdrawal as per the procedure forwarded by my company's HR, I expected to see the option to withdraw both PF and pension. However, I am seeing two different options individually—one to withdraw PF and one to withdraw pension.
Also, do I need to upload Form 15G while submitting the withdrawal?
