I am a finance professional(ICWA and CS) with 10 years work experience.I quit my job 6 years ago as I had to take care of my son.Now I am planning to join back industry.I have received offers from two good mnc companies.Can anyone tell me what could be my current market value(expected CTC) based on my qual and experience?

In the present scenario, your education and knowledge is still relative but experience has become obsolete. So, CTC or the package that any company can offer you will be based on your education and knowledge but your experience will not of much value. You will accept the fact that in last 10 years there is a change in the syllabus of ICSI and ICWAI; also, the way in which the companies work.
Hence, if I have to offer you a CTC, it will be between 5.50 lakhs to 7.50 lakhs Per Annum. If your work, adaptability to workplace culture, knowledge is up to the mark then I might not hesitate to give you 60-75% increment after 1 year but the initial package will be 5.50 lakhs to 7.50 lakhs Per Annum.
