In the EPF, we started applying for a new subcode for a new divided unit, initially, asked to update the PAN no. (Earlier no pan linked), Since there was a small punctuation difference in the names, asked to submit Form 5A, By sending repeated emails (Employer feedback id) PAN was added, but still "PAN not verified" message displays.
Now asks to add phone no. but the column not enabled to edit. Hence we could not able to create a new sub-code for our unit.
Anyone, please guide me.

1) Main unit has to complete its form 5A and verify it with DSC,
2) Main unit has to apply for sub code for its branch, requisite documents should be dsc signed by main unit(employer) only
once it is completed, main unit will share the id and password to sub unit for addition of employees, filing ecr and challan etc
