I applied for 15 days of leaves and inform my manager and also mail him regarding the same and I've more than 30 leaves balance. But my manager provides me only 7 days' leave & the rest of the days he marked Leave without pay (LWP) and also HR send me the absconding mail without informing or contacting me and also company didn't give the salary for my days of working. So please help me with the same.

Leave refused to be sanctioned and intimated in advance can be treated as unauthorised absence resulting in proportionate LOP; but by any stretch of imagination it cannot be treated as abscondence. Bring it to the notice of the functional head. In threads of this type, it is essential to mention your cadre of employment i.e., supervisory, workman etc.
