Please suggest: if anyone takes paid leave on Saturday and Monday, will Sunday (a holiday) be paid or not? Secondly, if Saturday and Monday are both taken as leave without pay, will Sunday be paid or not? Is there any government policy available, or does it depend on the organization?

Working Days and Leave Policies
As Saturday is specifically mentioned, it is assumed that the establishment has 6 working days in a week. In a 6-day working week, most establishments allow the employee to attend work on either Saturday or Monday if Sunday or a holiday falls in between. If Sunday falls between two leaves, whether paid or unpaid, it will lapse, except for medical leaves.
