MA political science student can also apply as HR admin. without having management degree?

I have just completed my MA political Science programme, Can I apply for HR admin post without having any Management degree in hand?

MA Political Science is not the required qualification for HR Executive. The two streams are much different from one another.

For Admin profile it will be ok but for HR profile you have to take other degrees related to HR/Personnel management. Its also enhance your career after some years when you want to change it in HR. So its better to take degree on HR/Personnel management etc.
