360 Performance Appraisal:

It is a comprehensive system of appraisal. In this, the employee's performance is evaluated by his supervisor, his peers, his external/internal customers, his external/internal suppliers, and his subordinates. All of these stakeholders are directly affected by his behavior and performance.
