Generally companies conduct "Employee Statisfaction Survey", however, "Employee Participation Survey" is unheard of. Therefore, please elaborate your query further.
Why do you wish to conduct the participation survey? In what aspects employees participate? If they participate, does their views considered?
By the way, do you mean participation survey means "suggestions survey"?
