Can anyone explain the usage of Insert IP details on ESIC Portal. Is it to register new employee in the company who is already having IP no.?

No, insert IP details. It is for updating or changing information of the employee who is already an enrolled/working employee in your organization. If you want to add a new employee already having an ESIC/IP number, you have to go through the Register Individual process only.
