I am working in automobile showroom as a HR Executive. last April and May 2020 my company has not pay any employees during lock down. Is it mandatory to pay PF and ESIC during lock down period? If so, what are its rules? please guide me.

ESI and PF will be deducted from the salary. If an organization is paying the salary during the lockdown period, they pay ESI and PF. Suppose, if the organization is not paying, then how can they pay for ESI and PF.
