If the establishment is functional and the employment of the employees with the employer has not ceased but are merely absent for the entire month and no salary is payable to them for the month (non payment of salary for reasons which are legally tenable), then which procedure should we follow to Generate PF NIL Return & Challan on PF Portal in online.
Please clarify.
