I am on maternity leave in my company. I have 25+ sick leaves that I want to avail once my maternity leave is over. I am not in the best of health, both physically and mentally, but I have no serious medical condition. I do have constant pelvic girdle pain and gastric issues post-delivery, but I doubt this qualifies for sick leave. What could be the best way to avail 25+ sick days in a stretch? Please note that I will never be able to avail these sick leaves in the future, and due to some financial constraints, I'd be grateful for getting paid for 25 days of sick leave as well.
