My company has deducted April month salary for 10 to 20% for every employees, But management is not showing in the pay slip.
This deduction calculated on per month CTC deducted in Other allowance. Kindly advice.

I hope you have been working from home during the lock down period and tried to complete the given assignments.
The employees can represent against the unannounced deduction and claim for its payment, individually or still better collectively.
If nothing happens then send a reminder after a week with copy to the concerned Labour Inspector.
