I want to know that government urged to all employer that they should not cut or reduce the salary or wages in lock down period. But some of employer are want to deduct the salary or not to pay during the period. It is an offense or not i want to know. If there is an offence, then what is punishment? Please specify it.

We need to understand the situation now whole world is suffering from COVID 19.
Now all industries are facing same issues
Let's understand one when world is suffering it will impact on revenue rite time to support all sector
Today they may deduct as a Hr we need plan to return those deduction in some other way after the lock down .
