I am a HR Manager. One employee of my organisation wants to deduct more than 24% on basic for as epf contribution.
1) Shall I take application from that employee?
2) Shall I have to intimate to EPF office for the same? Is there any form for that?
3) How to calculate ECR (I need a sample of ECR of VPF)
4) Any other formalities for VPF

Take application from employee for VPF and put the calculation in ECR under VPF , its simple not a big task.

Dear Hr.Beldih,
1. Intimation not required to EPF office and form also not there.
2. Take the VPF declaration from the employee, how much he/she want to contribute - that amount will effect to his/her take home.
3. Any time we can stop the VPF Contribution.
4. Employer(ER) VPF will not payable only employee can pay his/her salary.
