PT - if the additional deduction of Rs.100 under PT has not been deducted can the same be done in March?

Hi guys , Kindly help me in knowing if the additional deduction of Rs.100 under PT has not been deducted can the same be done in March month salary .
Do as company we need to pay any penalty or charges for not deducting in feb?

Hi Sampada,
You can pay the full PT even if not deducted 100Rs. by that way you can be saved from Penalty and Interest.
In March you can deduct it from employee salary, please do inform employees accordingly.
