Dear Seniors, Help on this query relating to fixation of minimum wages. Whether HRA also inclusive of minimum wage or not.
For certain regions/states GO itself mentioned HRA is inclusive but not for pan India basis. Mostly Basic + Da will be considered as minimum wages.
Some companies following gross as their minimum wages. They also have many salary components.
Please help me out on this.

It will be wise to my opinion to keep Basic & DA as PF Gross specially after the Supreme Court Verdict in Feb,2019 on PF Gross.
There are State Act on HRA where minimum 5% HRA to be paid on Basic & DA, eg. West Bengal.
Therefore, Basic +DA + 5% HRA may be the minimum wages for those States.
