Hi, Can anyone share one pager gratuity policy for company - which we can display on company notice board.

You may get abstract of Payment of Gratuity Act, (it is available in any stationery shops which sells law books, statutory registers etc). Exhibit this in company notice board. (It is a must, if you work in a factory).
