i need to issue an offer letter to an employee who works in both of our organisation owned by us , so my doubt here is , is one offer letter will do or two different offer letter will be required ?
Please keep one Organization as base and issue offer/appointment letter from that Organisation letter head. This will be convenient for the purpose of attendance/ salary processing /statutory deductions etc. The employee may continue to offer his service to other Organization as well which can be considered as deputation service.
