How can we celebrate republic Day in organisation. Any Ideas?

The Republic Day celebration cannot be complete without flag hoisting and singing of the national anthem. All other activities can follow, such as a general salute by the parade commander/security staff, a speech by the Head of Office/chief guest, distribution of sweets, dances or skits by family members of staff, and distribution of mementos to kids for fun games, etc. Depending on the size of your office/staff and circumstances, you can organize the event accordingly.

Apart from what Mr. Kumar has mentioned, please ensure that the flag is hoisted as per the protocol. The National Flag is a symbol of the nation's respect and pride. Take care to see that the National Flag is not trampled upon or torn. Do not let the flag fall on the ground. Do not join cloth pieces to resemble the National Flag. The flag has to be lowered during sunset, etc.
