As per your statement contractor having 15 staff .
As per contract act 20+ staff existed contract act will attract this is one perception .
The same contract having 15 staff working under principal employer .
And supply to various principle employer headcount exceeds 20+ he need to get RC .

Dear Sir,
It is a construction company and has only daily wages worker, No permanent worker is there. It uses daily wages workers and pay them daily basis.
To get construction work in Govt. sector, he required to deposit ESI of worker. so i want to know, is it compulsory to deposit ESI of all daily wages worker. and PF is applicable or not.
