how do i start ? can any one help me what's the process to be followed ? is there any kpi i should keep in mind while charging the trainings to dealerships ?

thanks for your time. we the Car OEM deliver free sales and CS training to the sales and CS participants for all the dealerships in India. now as you know the market condition is quite bad , and now we cannot afford to give free trainings any more due to budget constrains.
for this we would like to start charging all the requested training from the dealerships.
so how do i start with ? how much can i charge for each trainings per day ?
what parameters should i consider if i charge the training for example 1000rs per day per person.
