I have already completed 2 months of time post my resignation. My total service period is more than 5 yrs
1)Do i have to contact my HR to forward the claim to EPF office for withdrawal or even i can do it
2) Does HR need to to any kind of attestation on any forms which are required for EPF withdrawal
